Status of this service
Card Fee Decoder is a publicly viewable informational website. The calculator and fee glossary are free. The website does not offer an upload service and does not accept personal review requests through a web form at this stage.
Calculator and fee glossary
The totals you enter into the rate calculator and words you type in the glossary filter are processed locally in your browser. Those values are not sent to us simply by using these tools.
If you email us
If you choose to email us, our dedicated Gmail account receives the sender name, email address, subject and text or attachments you send. We use the message to respond to your enquiry and keep reasonable records of the conversation. Email is not an appropriate way to send cardholder information, merchant-account numbers, full processing statements or other sensitive data. Please do not include them.
Service providers
Netlify hosts this website and may process technical data such as IP addresses, web requests and security logs. Google provides our email service and processes messages you choose to send in accordance with its service terms. We have not installed advertising trackers or analytics pixels in this site version.
Sharing and referral compensation
We are an independent educational service, not a bank or payment processor. We do not automatically send your contact information to a payment processor or referral sales company. If you later request an introduction, we will first identify the proposed outside recipient and ask for your specific permission. We may receive referral compensation if you choose an introduction. We do not guarantee savings.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry emails while reasonably needed to respond, honor any opt-outs and maintain necessary records. You can ask us about the information you sent or request deletion by email. Legal recordkeeping obligations may limit deletion. No marketing calls or texts are authorised merely by sending a question.
Contact
Questions or requests about information you sent: cardfeecheck.inquiries@gmail.com. Business registration and verified mailing details will be published before we offer a full merchant-referral intake service.
